Monitor Consulting Group Ltd has a strong pool of 18 Lead consultants and updated database of 23 associate professionals offering a wide range of multidisciplinary consultancy services. Each sector is led by a designated Lead Consultant who serves as a partner of the company, supported by both permanent staff and specialized outsourced experts. MCG Ltd works with highly experienced local, regional, and international consultants with proven expertise across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia.

In addition, MCG Ltd has developed a database of local 3,750 data collectors recruited through a recognized Job Advert on Jobinrwanda platform. Their selection was based on a minimum qualification of a university degree and relevant professional experience in the company’s areas of Specialisation.
